Below you’ll find answers to some of the most common questions I’ve gotten from pet owners and previous clients. Whether you’re wondering what a typical day for your pet is while you’re away, or you’re curious whether your pet will be exposed to other animals, I’m happy to address any questions and concerns you may have.
Where are you located
We are located in the village of Stow, TD1, The Scottish Borders
How many Dogs can you board
We have a licence for three dogs; however we try to keep to two dogs to ensure that they receive as much attention as possible.
Vaccinations and Worming
We require all of our guest dogs to have undertaken vaccinations and worming programmes including flee/ tick treatements. We also ask tat your dog has received a Kennel Cough Vaccination.
What to bring for overnight stays
To ensure that your dog has a comfotable stay we ask that you bring the following: Dog bed, blanket, coat, favourite toy, evening and morning meals, any extras you think will help them settle in.
Can we collect and or drop off your dog?
We can assist from time to time to collect and or drop off your pup. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
How to Book
Get in touch with your dates and requirements, we will arrange a suitable time to meet your dog and ensure that they are comfortable with us and our environment.
Complete an application form and sign our contract to ensure that you are aware of our terms and conditions.
Insurance & License
We are fully licensed by the Scottish Borders Council and Insured to give you peace of mind.

Our insurance is through Pet Plan Sanctuary.

We are currently undertaking our Police checks through Disclosure Scotland and this certificate will be available upon completion.

Will you keep me updated about my Dogs stay?
Absolutely, we will send you photo updates and videos to keep you updated. If you ae away we can even arrange a Skype call of Facetime so you can catch up and say hi to your precious pooch.
